We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact us at info@andalou.com and we will do our best to resolve any issue.

Shipping

We offer shipping of online purchases to U.S. only at this time. At this time we do not ship outside the United States due to additional taxes and fees imposed by customs. There are several online retailer partners who ship internationally with very reasonable rates.

Free Shipping Option: Orders that are $50+ automatically qualify for free shipping** and will ship via either USPS First Class Mail, if parcel weight allows, or Priority. Allow 3 – 10 business days depending on delivery location for our Free Shipping Option to arrive.

USPS: Priority (2-4 business days depending on location); Priority Express (1-3 business days depending on location)

UPS: Ground (4-8 business days depending on location); 3-Day Select (3 business days); 2nd Day Air (2 business days); Next Day Air Saver (1 business day); Next Day Air (1 business day); Next Day Air Early AM (1 business day)

For PO Boxes, please select “priority” at checkout.

*Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) within 24-48 hours.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Andalou.com order. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason you can return your items within 30 days of your purchase date for a prompt refund. Your return must include all original items (for example: Get Started Kit must include all 5 minis). The original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please include a print-out of your order confirmation email in the box with your return. You are responsible for the return shipping fees.

Andalou Naturals is not responsible for lost or undeliverable return parcels, so please mail your package in an insured/traceable method to this address: Andalou Naturals ATTN: Returns Department, 1470 Cader Lane, Petaluma, CA 94954. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type and will post to your account within 14 days of receiving the return.
